• Orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours during a work week (Mondays - Fridays).

• All standard shippings are dispatched or mailed out via local post office (SingPost); under standard registered mail. Once the orders have been handed over to SingPost, we have no control over the delivery and hence, we are unable to accept requests for preferred delivery date and time.
